* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...ALONG WITH
  UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* WINDS...EAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 30S.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA FROM THE SOUTHWEST LATE
  THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL THEN MIX
  WITH AND CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN OVERNIGHT. THE WINTRY
